  27. The Print Dialogue allows you to control the number of copies printed and the 
  28. page range to print. The fields at the top of the dialogue show the selected 
  29. printer name and the document name to be printed.

  34. This field displays the name of either the printer you select or the system 
  35. default printer, if you did not previously select a specific printer.

  63. In order to be able to specify the page range to be printed, you must be in 
  64. "Selective" mode.

  67. mode, then you must specify a starting page number range.

  122. The Printing Options dialogue allows you to select a printer and optionally 
  123. specify any job properties for the current job.

  125.  The job properties dialogue is specific to a given printer and is displayed by 
  126. the print driver.
