  3. To run the DOS version, rename CSADOS.EXE to CSAPRT.EXE

  6. To run the OS2 version, rename CSAOS2.EXE to CSAPRT.EXE

  8. Note: For the OS2 version, MCAPISUB.DLL must be in a Directory
  9.       that is in the PATH.

  11. Print the CSAPRT.DOC file out for the documentation.
