  8.        IF YOU DOWNLOAD OR USE THIS PROGRAM YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

  10.        Ronald Stutt grants you a license to use the Program only in
  11.        the country where you acquired it. The  Program is copyrighted
  12.        and licensed (not sold). I do not transfer title to the Program
  13.        to you. You obtain no rights other than those granted you under
  14.        this license.
