  36.   WATCHIT automates collection of IBM LAN SERVER capacity and
  37.   performance statistics. WATCHIT will help you quickly and
  38.   easily improve performance and anticipate capacity problems.
  39.   Collection may be automated at the server or manually
  40.   controlled from your desktop.  Thresholds will generate
  41.   warning messages during data collection or notification via
  42.   generic alerts, NET.ERR logging or simple messages.  WATCHIT
  43.   graphs mean response, sessions, shares, bytes transferred,
  44.   print jobs, big buffer and request buffer allocations. Graphs
  45.   direct you to the detail information needed to improve
  46.   performance and expand capacity. IBMLAN.INI parameters can be
  47.   compared to the collected statistics to assist you in making
  48.   the proper settings.  Session analysis provides information
  49.   to determine the number of connections required and file
  50.   opens.  Analyze ALIAS access.  Statistical data is exportable
  51.   for use in your favorite spreadsheet or database for further
  52.   analysis or archiving.  The on-line manual includes operation
  53.   suggestions to help you "make your server serve".
