  31.           Communications 3270 Version 4.0 for OS/2 (R), base or additional      
  32.           license, for $239, which is a savings of $236 off of the base         
  33.           one-time charge (OTC) and $156 off of the additional license charge.  
  34.                  You can also acquire IBM Personal Communications AS/400 (R)    
  35.           Version 4.0 for OS/2, base or additional license, for $199 (a savings 
  36.           of $196 off of the base OTC, and $131 off the additional license      
  37.           charge).                                                              
  38.                  Upgrade licenses for Personal Communications 3270 and PC       
  39.           AS/400 Version 4.0 for OS/2 are available for $99 (a savings of $96   
  40.           off of the base upgrade charge and a $46 savings off of the

  42.                  Your order must be placed on or before June 30, 1995.  The     
  43.           Date of Installation, as defined in the IBM Customer Agreement, must  
  44.           occur on or after March 7, 1995, but no later than July 31, 1995.
