  3. TITLE      IBM LAN NETWORK MANAGER PROMOTION
  4. ABSTRACT          For a limited time only, customers can receive a 35% discount
  5.            on the one-time charge, upgrade charge or additional license charge
  6.            for eligible IBM LAN Network Manager software products.
  7.                   The discount can be applied to one-time charges, upgrade
  8.            charges or additional license charges for eligible products designed
  9.            for both the OS/2 (R) and DOS environments.
  10.                   To qualify for the discount, orders must be placed through IBM
  11.            Direct at 800-IBM-CALL.
  12.                   Orders must be placed no later than September 30, 1994.  The
  13.            Date of Installation, as defined in the IBM Customer Agreement, must
  14.            occur on or after April 12, 1994, but no later than
  15.            November 30, 1994.
  16.                   This promotion cannot be combined with any other discount or
  17.            allowance.  Customers with a volume or special bid commitment can
  18.            take advantage of this promotion or their volume/special bid
  19.            discount.  Products acquired under this promotion, however, will
  20.            count toward their commitment.
  21.                   Commercial, state and local government and education customers
  22.            are eligible to participate.  Federal government customers should
  23.            call 800-333-6705 or 301-564-7970 to determine eligibility.
