  8. TITLE      C SET ++ FOR OS/2 VERSION 2.1 UPGRADE PROMOTION
  9. ABSTRACT          For a limited time only, eligible customers can upgrade from C
  10.            Set ++ for OS/2 (R) Version 2.0 to C Set ++ for OS/2 Version 2.1 at a
  11.            reduced price.
  12.                   Customers are eligible if they acquired Version 2.0 by
  13.            upgrading from either Workset/2 or C Set/2 Version 1.0, or acquired
  14.            Version 2.0 after September 9, 1993.  If Version 2.0 was not acquired
  15.            directly from IBM, proof of acquisition (copy invoice) will be
  16.            required.
  17.                   Orders must be placed on or before January 31, 1994, and can
  18.            only be made through 800-3IBM-OS2.  The Date of Installation, as
  19.            defined in the IBM Customer Agreement, must occur on or after
  20.            November 30, 1993, but no later than March 31, 1994.
  21.                   This promotion, for which all customer types are eligible,
  22.            cannot be combined with any other discount or allowance.  Customers
  23.            with a volume or special bid commitment can take advantage of this
  24.            promotion or their volume/special bid discount.  Products acquired
  25.            under this promotion, however, will count toward their commitment.
  26.                   IBM reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at
  27.            any time.
