  6. VX-CALENDAR Object (Version 1.0.0)

  8. The VX-CALENDAR object provides a programmable calendar object for use in 
  9. VX-REXX projects. It provides your end users with an easy and intuitive means 
  10. of identifying and specifying date information.

  12. The VX-CALENDAR object was written in the C-Programming language, is System 
  13. Object Model (SOM) based, and is available from the VX-REXX object toolbar. 
  14. VX-CALENDAR objects have many features, a few of which are described in this

  62. + Navigation through the VX-CALENDAR object can be performed by the 
  63. specification of individual dates, methods such as NextMonth, PreviousMonth, 
  64. NextYear, PreviousYear, NextWeek, PreviousWeek, NextDay, PreviousDay etc.

  66. You can specify that the VX-CALENDAR object contain a scrollbar for direct user 
  67. navigation by means of the ScrollBar property setting (None, Horizontal, or 
  68. Vertical).

  70. + You can specify minimum and maximum date values for the VX-CALENDAR object.

  72. + Mark or highlight individual days on the calendar with a unique color via the 
  73. objects MarkDay method.

  75. + Powerful date specific routines and properties such as; DayOfWeek, 
  76. DaysInMonth, LeapYear, WeekNumber, WeeksLeft, YearDayNumber, YearDaysLeft, and 
  77. more. VX-CALENDAR objects have many more features.
