  9. The following is a description of the menu options on the VRU (Voice Response
  10. Unit) for calls placed to the support center at (407) 994-5544.  This support
  11. center  is  for customers requiring technical assistance with OS/2, OS/2 Warp
  12. and PC DOS during their Getting Started period of support.
  13.  
  14. OS/2 support center hours are 8  AM  to  8  PM  EST  Monday  through  Friday.
  15. Support hours can be tailored for any nine hour block during this period.  PC
  16. DOS  support center hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday in your time
  17. zone.
