  1. Known SourceSafe Bugs

  4. 1. Many users have experienced a serious problem with the Update command in the
  5. Windows/NT interface.  This is the only bug on the list considered "critical"
  6. status, and a patch is available.
  7.  
  8. 2. If keyword expansion is enabled, and you use the Log or History keywords,
  9. you must have the [Keyword comments] section set up in SYSTEM.INI or SS.INI. 
  10. If that section is not set up, the comment characters will be garbage.

  12. 3. The "Create Dir" button is missing from the Set Working Directory dialog in
  13. the Windows 3.1 version of SourceSafe.

  15. 4. In the SSADMIN program, after you add a serial number in the "Manage Serial
  16. Numbers" dialog, your user count license is not actually changed until you exit
  17. SSADMIN and re-run it.

  19. 5. Keyword expansion does not work in the Macintosh version of SourceSafe.y
