  2. from Canopus Forum. It is based on notes taken at an OS/2 User group 
  3. meeting in September '95. There are no direct quotes, and it does not
  4. represent or mean to represent an official statement of direction from IBM.

  7. News Group, without the permission of the author. It may not be used or quoted 
  8. by any publication that is distributed for money. It may not be posted as a

  16. reconstructions and paraphrases based on my notes of a  presentation that 
  17. Jeff gave before a user group; the Northern New  Jersey OS/2 Users Group and 
  18. additional feedback. I will not be  held responsible [and I am sure that IBM 
  19. will not either] for  someone basing a business decision on my notes, when I 
  20. am doing it for  karma only. IBM is committed to bringing only products that 
  21. are  fully tested to market, and as a result can not be held to any  estimated
