  4. DISCLAIMER - AGREEMENT

  6. Users of FontFolder must accept this disclaimer of warranty:
  7. "FontFolder is supplied as is.  The author disclaims all
  8. warranties, expressed or implied, including, without
  9. limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness
  10. for any purpose.  The author assumes no liability for
  11. damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the
  12. use of FontFolder."

  14. FontFolder Version 3.0 Beta is a limited lifetime program
  15. intended for testing purposes only. You are not licensed
  16. to use it for production work. You are licensed to use
  17. it only for the period ending on March 1, 1997. After this
  18. date you may no longer use the program and must remove it
  19. from your system.

  23. FontFolder 3.0 Beta is supported on Compuserve in OS2BVEN, 
  24. Section 1 (GO OS2SHARE), by Compuserve e-mail to [75013,1701],

  27. e-mail to one of these addresses.

  29. GENERAL RELEASE OF FONTFOLDER 3.0

  31. Notice of the general release of FontFolder 3.0 will be posted 
  32. on Compuserve in OS2BVEN, Section 1 and in comp.os.os2.announce.
  33. At that time you should remove FontFolder 3.0 Beta from your
  34. system and install the general release instead.
