  7.   BEFORE USING THE VIRTUAL PASCAL EVALUATION PRODUCT (HEREINAFTER
  8.   REFERRED TO AS THE "SOFTWARE") YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING
  9.   TERMS AND CONDITIONS.  USING THE PROGRAM INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF
  10.   THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

  13.   The Software is licensed not sold.  You obtain no rights other than
  14.   those granted you under this licence.  The term "Software" means the
  15.   original and all whole or partial copies of it, including any media
  16.   and documentation.  fPrint UK owns the copyrights in the Software. You
  17.   are responsible for the selection of the Software and for the
  18.   installation of, use of, and results obtained from, the Software.

  20.   Licence - Evaluation copy

  22.     Under this licence you may:
  23.     1) Use the Software on only one computer at any one time;
  24.     2) Copy the Software, provided it is unaltered and is copied
  25.        using the original archive;
  26.     3) Only use it in conjunction with a valid OS/2 licence.

  28.     Under this licence, you may not:
  29.     1) Distribute any output from the Software,
  30.     2) Use, copy, modify, merge or transfer copies of the Software
  31.        except as provided by this licence;
  32.     3) Reverse engineer, disassemble or reverse compile the Software;
  33.     4) sublicense, rent, time-share, lease, assign or electronically
  34.        transmit or receive the Software or any part of it; or
  35.     5) Transfer the licence to any other party without express written
  36.        permission from fPrint UK.

  38.     You must reproduce the copyright notice(s) on each copy, or partial
  39.     copy, of the Software.

  41.   Warranty and Limitations

  43.     fPrint UK gives no warranty and makes no representation either
  44.     express or implied with respect to the Software or the
  45.     Documentation, their quality, performance, fitness for a particular
  46.     purpose or merchantability and in particular but without limitation
  47.     fPrint UK does not warrant that the Software will meet your
  48.     requirements or that the operation of the Software will be
  49.     uninterrupted or error free or that defects in the Software will be
  50.     corrected.  Accordingly the Software and Documentation are licensed
  51.     "as is" and you shall load and use the Software at your own risk.

  53.     In no event will fPrint UK be liable to you for any loss or damage
  54.     of any kind, whether direct or indirect, special incidental,
  55.     consequential or otherwise, including but not limited to loss of
  56.     profits, business interruption or loss of information or any other
  57.     consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the
  58.     Software or the Documentation or from errors or deficiencies in it
  59.     whether caused by negligence or otherwise except as expressly
  60.     provided herein and whether or not fPrint UK has been advised of
  61.     such loss or damage.

  63.   Termination of licence

  65.     You may terminate your licence at any time.  fPrint UK may terminate
  66.     your licence if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of
  67.     this licence.  In either event, you must destroy all your copies of
  68.     the Software.

  72.     Company names, brand names and product names are trademarks or
  73.     registered trademarks of their respective holders.
