  4.  This Presentation Manager Application was written by Abbotsbury Software Ltd. 
  5. to support the use of the Hauppage Computer Works Inc. Celebrity TV card under 
  6. the IBM OS/2 Warp v3 operating system.

  11.  To select the TV/2 remote control panel you must select the left mouse button 
  12. whilst the remote pointer is being displayed (in the TV/2 screen). Once this 
  13. button has been selected a dialogue box is opened which contains the controls 
  14. which allow you to change various settings. The settings which are changeable 
  15. are : -

  46.  The channel number is set by selecting one of the up or down arrows either 
  47. side of the entry field (see below). The frequency of the channel is dependent 
  48. on the region selected (see Advanced features).

  105.  To select the source for the application you choose one of the four buttons 
  106. marked 1, 2, 3, 4 or select the colour bars test card by selecting the button 
  107. with the following bitmap : -

  112.  To mute the sound from within the TV/2 application you must press the button 
  113. containing a speaker as follows : -

  115. When you press the button it will change state to being pressed and the bitmap 
  116. changes to represent mute : - 
  117.  
  118. To unmute press the button again to return it to its former state.

  121. ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 2.12. Freeze ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ

  123.  To freeze the image from within the TV/2 application you must press the button 
  124. containing the blue bitmap as follows : - 
  125.  
  126. When you press the button it will change state to being pressed and the bitmap 
  127. changes to white instead of blue. To unfreeze the TV image press the button 
  128. again to return it to its former state.

  133.  To switch the TV image off from within the TV/2 application you must press the 
  134. button containing the green bitmap : -

  136. When you press the button it will change state to being unpressed and the 
  137. bitmap changes to represent off : - 
  138.  
  139. To switch the TV image back on press the button again to return it to its 
  140. former state.

  145.  To display the file menu for TV/2 you must select the right mouse button 
  146. whilst the remote pointer is being displayed (in the TV/2 screen). Then select 
  147. 'File'. The menu contains the following options : -

  154.  This option allows you to choose whether to quit the application.

  159.  To display the advanced menu for TV/2 you must select the right mouse button 
  160. whilst the remote pointer is being displayed (in the TV/2 screen) then select 
  161. 'Advanced'.

  163. Please note these options allow you to change hardware settings. This should 
  164. not be undertaken unless you know what hardware settings you are changing and 
  165. why.

  198.  This option resets the Hauppage hardware to their default settings.

  203.  This option opens a dialogue box which allows you to view and to set the 
  204. Hauppage hardware settings directly. To set the values in entry fields, select 
  205. the field, make the change, and then press return, the change will take effect 
  206. immediately. The OK button allows you to close the dialogue when finished.

  211.  This option opens a dialogue box which allows you to view and change the 
  212. current settings for the viewport and display window. When you have entered the 
  213. values you wish then press the SET button to set them. Choose CANCEL to close 
  214. the dialogue without setting the values.

  219.  This option opens a dialogue box which allows you to view and change the 
  220. current settings for the zoom facilities and scaling facilities. When you have 
  221. entered the values you wish then press the SET button to set them. Choose 
  222. CANCEL to close the dialogue without setting the values.

  227.  This option opens a dialogue box which allows you to view and change the 
  228. current settings for the smart lock facilities. When you have entered the 
  229. values you wish then press the SET button to set them. Choose CANCEL to close 
  230. the dialogue without setting the values.

  235.  This option opens a dialogue box which allows you to view and change the 
  236. current settings for the video configuration. When you have entered the values 
  237. you wish then press the SET button to set them. Choose CANCEL to close the 
  238. dialogue without setting the values.

  243.  This option opens a dialogue box which allows you to view and change the 
  244. current settings for the memory configuration. When you have entered a value 
  245. you wish then press return to set it. Press the to close the dialogue.

  250.  This option opens a dialogue box which allows you to view and change the 
  251. current settings for the capture and acquisition configurations. When you have 
  252. entered a value you wish then press return to set it. Press the OK button to 
  253. close the dialogue.

  258.  This option opens a dialogue box which allows you to view and change the 
  259. current settings for the ISA configuration. Press the OK button to close the

  265.  This option opens a dialogue box which allows you to view and change the 
  266. current settings for the VGA  configuration. Press the OK button to close the 
  267. dialogue.

  272.  This option opens a dialogue box which allows you to view and change the 
  273. current settings for the output processing registers. Press the OK button to 
  274. close the dialogue.

  279.  This option opens a dialogue box which allows you to view the current tuner 
  280. region and frequency. There is also a slider bar to adjust fine tuning. It is 
  281. best to change the region at program startup or the wrong channel number will 
  282. be displayed in the remote control. To select the region just select the 
  283. appropriate radio button.

  288.  This option opens a dialogue box which allows you to view and change the 
  289. current settings for the registers in the BT812. Press the OK button to close 
  290. the dialogue.

  295.  To capture an image from TV/2 you must select the both the mouse buttons 
  296. whilst the remote pointer is being displayed (in the TV/2 screen). When a 
  297. capture is made a dialogue box is opened (if not opened already) in which a 
  298. bitmap is displayed of the image captured.

  302.    1) If the TV/2 main window is resized then the capture dialogue if open 
  303. should be closed as this does not resize with the main window at present. 
  304.  
  305.    2) No image saving facilities are currently present.
