  7. It is permitted to copy and distribute verbatim copies of this

  10. The following terms describe the limitations on copying, distributing,
  11. using, or altering those Sather library classes which are protected by
  12. this license.

  14. 1. You may copy and distribute verbatim copies of such Sather library
  15. source code as you receive it, in any medium, provided that you
  16. conspicuously and appropriately publish on each copy a valid copyright
  17. notice of the form "Copyright (C) International Computer Science
  18. Institute, 1991" with the appropriate year; keep intact the notices on
  19. all files that refer to this License Agreement and the absence of any
  20. warranty and the list of original authors of each class; and give any
  21. other recipients of any protected Sather libraries a copy of this
  22. License Agreement along with the program.

  46.    names acknowledging the original authors of any Sather library

  53. 4. You may not copy, sublicense, distribute or transfer protected
  54. Sather library classes except as expressly provided under this License
  55. Agreement.  Any attempt otherwise to copy, sublicense, distribute or
  56. transfer these classes is void and your rights to them under this
  57. License agreement shall be automatically terminated.  However, parties
  58. who have received computer software programs from you with this
  59. License Agreement will not have their licenses terminated so long as
  60. such parties remain in full compliance.

  64. BECAUSE THE SATHER LIBRARIES COVERED BY THIS LICENSE ARE LICENSED FREE
  65. OF CHARGE, WE PROVIDE ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED
  66. BY APPLICABLE STATE LAW.  EXCEPT WHEN OTHERWISE STATED IN WRITING, THE
  67. INTERNATIONAL COMPUTER SCIENCE INSTITUTE AND/OR OTHER PARTIES PROVIDE
  68. SATHER LIBRARIES "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER
  69. EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED
  70. WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
  71. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PROGRAM IS
