  3.                            PRTGRAFC LICENSE

  6.      PRTGRAFC is not public domain software, nor is it free
  7.      software.
  8.  
  9.      PRTGRAFC is copyright (C) 1995 ADD Consulting (CH). 
  10.  
  11.      Non-registered users are granted a limited license to use
  12.      PRTGRAFC on a trial basis for the purpose of determining
  13.      whether PRTGRAFC is suitable for their needs.  Use of
  14.      PRTGRAFC, except for this limited purpose, requires
  15.      registration.  Use of non-registered copies of PRTGRAFC by
  16.      any person, business, corporation, governmental agency or other
  17.      entity or institution is strictly forbidden.

  19.      Registration grants a user the right to use PRTGRAFC only on
  20.      a single computer; a registered user may use the program on a
  21.      different computer, but may not use the program on more than one
  22.      computer at the same time.

  24.      No one may modify PRTGRAFC in any way, including but not
  25.      limited to decompiling, disassembling or otherwise reverse
  26.      engineering the program.

  28.      All users are granted a limited license to copy PRTGRAFC
  29.      only for the trial use of others subject to the above
  30.      limitations, and also the following:

  32.           PRTGRAFC must be copied in unmodified form, complete
  33.           with the file containing license and ordering information.

  35.           The full PRTGRAFC documentation must be included with
  36.           the copy.

  38.           No fee, charge or other compensation may be accepted or
  39.           requested by any licensee.
  40.  
  41.      Operators of electronic bulletin board systems (Sysops) may post
  42.      PRTGRAFC for downloading by their users only as long as the
  43.      above conditions are met.

  45.      Distributors of public domain or user supported software may
  46.      distribute copies of PRTGRAFC subject to the above conditions.

  48.      PRTGRAFC is a shareware product and can be registered through 
  49.      CompuServe (reg No 6201) for $45.00. If you have registered
  50.      any of the other ADD Consulting Printing libraries you can
  51.      register for $20.00 (reg No 6202).
