ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 10. NETBIOS Domains Window ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
Enter the domains that you want to log on to in the Choice n entry fields. If
you have a userid on a private or group domain, that domain should probably be
your first domain choice, and the standard NetDoor/2 domain should be your
second choice.
The purpose of providing multiple domain choices is so the single-point of
failure associated with a single domain can be elminated.
The domains groups in each of the Choice n entry fields will be tried in order.
All the domains listed in Choice 1 will be attempted, then those from Choice 2,
and so on, until a successful logon is performed. If multiple domains are
listed in a single Choice, logon to said domains will be attempted in a random
order until all domains are exhausted or logon is successful.
To better understand the possibilities you have, please review the descriptions
for each of the choices below:
Domain Choice 1

continues on to domain choice 4.
Note that this domain choice will only be used when NetDoor/2 can not log you
on to the domain(s) listed in Choices 1 and 2.
ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 10.4. Domain Choice 4 ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
Enter the domain choice. You can enter either one domain or a list of multiple
domains. If this choice contains a list of multiple domains, NetDoor/2 will
randomly pick from the list exhausting all domains specified before it
continues on to domain choice 5.
Note that this domain choice will only be used when NetDoor/2 can not log you
on to the domain(s) listed in Choices 1, 2 and 3.
ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 11. NFS Data Servers Window ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
When using NFS to attach to NetDoor/2 you must specify the name of a data
server from which NetDoor/2 server information can be determined. This
information will be used by NetDoor/2 so that it can connect you to a
functioning, least loaded NetDoor/2 server.
You can supply the names of multiple data servers for increased reliability.
If you do not know the name of your NFS data servers, please contact your
NetDoor/2 administrator.
