  7. Magnify is an application that magnifies the section of the desktop
  8. underneath the mouse pointer and displays it in a window.
  9. All of this is performed transparently; that is, you can continue using
  10. the mouse as though Magnify were not there at all.
  11. You can configure the magnification process to allow for a bigger lens
  12. width and to periodically refresh the area under the mouse for sections
  13. of the desktop that update themselves in real time (such as a clock
  14. program).

  16. Using Magnify

  18. To use Magnify double click on the icon.
  19. The "Magnify" window is displayed. To start magnification
  20. select "Start magnification" from the "Magnify" menu.
  21. To end magnification select "Stop magnification" from the "Options" menu.
