  18. Wild_Life is distributed by Digital Equipment Corporation ("DIGITAL"), a
  19. corporation of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  DIGITAL hereby grants
  20. to you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, royalty free worldwide license
  21. to use, copy, modify, prepare integrated and derivative works of and
  22. distribute Wild_Life for non-commercial purposes, subject to your
  23. agreement to the following terms and conditions:

  25. - This Wild_Life non-commercial License shall be included in the code and
  26.   must be retained in all copies of Wild_Life (full or partial; original,
  27.   modified, derivative, or otherwise).

  29. - The following copyright notice is included in the code and must be
  30.   retained in all files of the original and modified Wild_Life software:

  35. - You acquire no ownership right, title, or interest in Wild_Life except
  36.   as provided herein.

  38. - You agree to make available to DIGITAL all improvements, enhancements,

  40.   sublicensees and distributed to others and hereby grant to DIGITAL an
  41.   irrevocable, fully paid, worldwide, and non-exclusive license under your
  42.   intellectual property rights, including patent and copyright, to use and
  43.   sublicense, without limitation, these modifications.

  45. - You may distribute in any manner derivative or integrated software
  46.   that contains portions of the Wild_Life system; distribute Wild_Life
  47.   to third parties, provided such third parties agree to abide by the
  48.   terms and conditions under which the software was distributed.  Further
  49.   distribution by such third parties is allowed provided that the conditions
  50.   set forth in this License are met.

  52. - You agree to defend, indemnify and save DIGITAL harmless against all
  53.   liability, attorney's fees and costs of defending against third party
  54.   claims against DIGITAL arising out of your use, license, or sublicense

  62. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO THIS SOFTWARE, INCLUDING ALL
  63. IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS OF PURPOSE.  IN NO
  64. EVENT SHALL DIGITAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR
  65. CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF
