  1.                    LARC3 LICENSING AND ORDER INSTRUCTIONS

  4. Licensing LARC3 provides the following benifits:
  5.  
  6.   1.  One free year technical support.
  7.  
  8.   2.  Free bug fix releases for your licensed version of LARC.
  9.  
  10.   3.  Notification of new releases of LARC and reduced pricing for
  11.       upgrading to a future release.
  12.  
  13.   4.  Licensed users have direct channels to submit suggestions for new
  14.       features to make LARC even easier to use.
  15.  
  16.   5.  A Windows-based version of LARC is under development.  Licensed users
  17.       will be able to upgrade to the Windows-based version at reduced costs.
  18.  
  19. You can either license your existing installation version which you downloaded,
  20. or you can purchase a complete package.  Both Licensing methods provide the
  21. same level of support and benifits.  However, purchasing a complate package
  22. provides a "shrink-wrap" version consisting of:
  23.  
  24.   o  Program diskette.
  25.  
  26.   o  One bound LARC User's Guide.
  27.  
  28. You must license MS-DOS and OS/2 versions seperately.  However, the DOS and
  29. OS/2 user's guide are identical so there is no need to purchase duplicates.
  30. You may purchase additional LARC User's Guides for each user you add, as
  31. needed.

  33. Be sure you specify the operating system.  Orders are shipped on high density
  34. 3.5" diskettes by default.   Please make a special note on the order form if
  35. you require a different diskette size or format.  Be sure you include your
  36. daytime phone number in case we have any questions about your order.  Finally,
  37. all orders must be pre-paid.  Please make your check or money order (drawn on
  38. a U.S.A. bank in U.S.A. funds) payable to SouthWind Software Incorporated.
