A series of switches have been added to HOOKKBSM that allow more
customization of its behavior and  its default behavior has been
modified.

In  addition the program now determines the name of the  command
processor (for OS/2) that is loaded in the config.sys file
by reading the Environment Variable COMSPEC  and uses that as
the default for opening the OS/2 window using Shift-Alt-Ins(white).
That my be overriden with /s switch(see below).

Errors in the instructions used to Shit-Alt-/ and Shit-Ctrl-/ have
now been corrected and these screens are displayed independently
of the command processor used.

The default behavior is to have the Window opened in the lowerleft
hand corner and to have the program NOT JUMPABLE, that is the Alt-Esc
or Alt-Tab key sequences do not sequence through the window.

The switches are passed on the command line as /x where
x is one of i|I  j|J  l|L  r|R  s|Sfilespec

/i or /I makes the HOOKKBSM window INVISIBLE

/j or /J makes the program responsive to the Alt-Esc / Alt-Tab keystrokes

/l or /L places the window in the lower left hand corner (default)

/r or /R places the window in the lower right hand corner

/sfilespec or /Sfilespec loads the command processor specified in filespec
  as the command processor used to open the OS/2 window  used by the
  Shift-Alt-Ins(White Keys) sequence. The default is the command
  processor defined by the OS/2 COMSPEC variable in the environment.

The program has been modified, so that even if the /i or /I option is
chosen, when any messages are to be displayed in the window, it is made
visible to display them and restored to its invisible state after the
display.
