  5. Development.  And as such, your use of the REGISTERED software is subject to

  10.    Have a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to reproduce and distribute 
  11. executable files created using this software.

  15.    Distribute the source for this application to anyone not owning a registered

  17. has registered his/her version but hasn't recieved the most recent update yet

  60. While the Source Code was written with the help of GPF 2.1, if enough interest 
  61. is seen, I will re-code it to not rely on that package and send out the updated code.
