  25.    IF YOU DOWNLOAD OR USE THIS SUPPORTPAC YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS

  27.    International  Business  Machines  Corporation grants you a license to
  28.    use the SupportPac only in the country  where  you  acquired  it.  The
  29.    SupportPac is copyrighted and licensed (not sold).  We do not transfer
  30.    title to the SupportPac to you.  You obtain no rights other than those
  31.    granted you under this license.

  33.    Under this license, you may:
  34.  
  35.    o   Use the SupportPac on one or more machines at a time
  36.  
  37.    o   Make  copies  of  the SupportPac for use or backup purposes within
  38.        your enterprise.
  39.  
  40.    o   Modify the SupportPac and merge it into another program.
  41.  
  42.    o   Make copies of the original file you download  and  distribute  it
  43.        only  if  you do not charge for copies of the SupportPac, provided
  44.        that you transfer a copy of this license to the other  party.  The
  45.        other  party  agrees  to  these  terms  by  its  first  use of the
  46.        SupportPac.

  48.    You must reproduce the  copyright  notice  and  any  other  legend  of
  49.    ownership on each copy or partial copy, of the SupportPac.

  51.    You may NOT:

  53.    o   Reverse  assemble,  reverse  compile,  or  otherwise translate any
  54.        program contained within the SupportPac.
  55.  
  56.    We do not warrant that the SupportPac is free from claims by  a  third
  57.    party  of  copyright,  patent,  trademark,  trade secret, or any other
  58.    intellectual property infringement.
  59.  
  60.    Under no circumstances are we liable for any of the following:

  62.    1.  Third-party claims against you for losses or damages
  63.  
  64.    2.  Loss of, or damage to, your records or data
  65.  
  66.    3.  Economic consequential damages (including lost profits or savings)
  67.        or  incidental  damages,  even  if  we  are  informed   of   their
  68.        possibility.

  70.    Some  jurisdictions  do  not allow these limitations or exclusions, so
  71.    they may not apply to you.

  73.    We do not  warrant  uninterrupted  or  error  free  operation  of  the
  74.    SupportPac.    We  have  no  obligation  to  provide  service,  defect
  75.    correction, or any  maintenance  for  the  SupportPac.    We  have  no
  76.    obligation  to  supply  any  SupportPac updates or enhancements to you
  77.    even if such are or later become available.

  79.    IF YOU DOWNLOAD OR USE THIS  SUPPORTPAC  YOU  AGREE  TO  THESE  TERMS.
  80.    THERE  ARE  NO  WARRANTIES,  EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED
  81.    WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE

  83.    Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of  implied  warranties,
  84.    so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

  86.    If  you make comments and suggestions (collectively called "Feedback")
  87.    relating to your use of the SupportPac, you grant IBM a non-exclusive,
  88.    royalty-free, irrevocable, unrestricted and world-wide license to use,
  89.    have used and make copies in case of documents, such Feedback  in  any
  90.    manner   as   IBM   determines,  including  use  of  Feedback  in  the
  91.    development, manufacture, marketing and maintenance  of  products  and
  92.    services incorporating such feedback by IBM.
  93.  
  94.    You  may  terminate  this  license at any time.  We may terminate this
  95.    license if you fail to comply with any of its terms.  In either event,
  96.    you must destroy all your copies of the SupportPac.
  97.  
  98.    You are responsible for the payment of any taxes resulting  from  this
  99.    license.
  100.  
  101.    You  may not sell, transfer, assign, or subcontract any of your rights
  102.    or obligations under this license.  Any attempt to do so is void.
  103.  
  104.    If you acquired the SupportPac in the United States, this  license  is
  105.    governed  by  the  laws of the State of New York.  If you acquired the
  106.    SupportPac in Canada, this license is governed  by  the  laws  of  the
  107.    Province  of Ontario.  Otherwise, this license is governed by the laws
  108.    of the country in which you acquired the SupportPac.
