  3. The file bullet2.ps is the PostScript-formatted file that contains
  4. the Bullet API Reference.  If you do not have a PostScript printer,
  5. see the "new-user.txt" file for what is needed to view and print the
  6. manual by downloading files (DOS, Windows, & OS/2) from the internet.
