  1. Before using this software, BULLET you must agree to the following:

  3. 1. A BULLET license grants you the right to use the BULLET library code
  4. on a royalty-free basis according to the terms of this License Agreement.
  5.  
  6. 2. You are required to have one license per developer that is programming
  7. with Bullet.
  8.  
  9. 3. There is no restriction on the number of users you may support, and
  10. no restriction on the number of different end-user programs you may
  11. distribute that use BULLET.  You may allow any number of simultaneous
  12. users to use your end-user program.
  13.  
  14. 4. The dynamic link library, BULLET*.DLL, may be distributed with your
  15. end-user program.  No other BULLET product may be distributed without
  16. permission.
  17.  
  18. 5. Evaluation use is limited to 300 records, and for the sole purpose of
  19. evaluating the software.  The BULLET library code may not be
  20. distributed in any form without a registered BULLET license.  A
  21. BULLET license is obtained only with purchase of a BULLET package,
  22. purchased from an authorized BULLET distributor.

  24. 6. BULLET is owned by the author, Cornel Huth, and is protected by United
  25. States copyright laws and international treaty provisions.  You are not
  26. permitted to make copies of this software except for archival purposes.

  28. 7. You may not rent or lease BULLET. You may not transfer this license
  29. without the written permission of the author.  If this software is an update
  30. or upgrade, you may not sell or give away previous versions.
  31.  
  32. 8. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble this software if
  33. the intent or result is to alter the software.
  34.  
  35. 9. There are no expressed or implied warranties with this software.
  36.  
  37. 10. All liabilities in the use of this software rest with the user.

  39. 11. U.S. Government Restricted Rights.  This software is provided with
  40. restricted rights.  Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is
  41. subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the
  42. Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at 52.227-7013.
  43. The software is owned by Cornel Huth/6402 Ingram Rd/San Antonio Texas
  44. 78238/USA.  This agreement is governed by the laws of the Great State
  45. of Texas, the United States of America, and all other countries of Earth.

  47. Any questions concerning this License Agreement should be directed
  48. to Product Support.

  50. Failure to comply with any part of this License Agreement may result
  51. in license revocation.
