  2. To run this program you must create the table "TEST"
  3. as specified in test.sql.  Then run bufop
  4.  
  5. bufop tsta.sqc dbname /b=tsta.bnd
  6.  
  7. where dbname is the  name of the database with the TEST table.
  8.  
  9. This will create the cpp & hpp files that are used with nmake.
