APL2 for OS/2
Demonstration Version
This demonstration version contains the equivalent of the APL2
for OS/2 Entry Edition with Service Level 16. It is a timed usage
version. You have up to 240 minutes of CPU time to use for APL2
processing. Time spent looking at documentation is not included
in the time.
Please see file APL2DEMO.LIC for complete information on the
license restrictions of this package
==================================================================
Previous Installations:
If you installed a previous level of the "timed" demonstration
version, you can install this level right over it. You do not
need to delete it. Note: your total time allowed will not
re-set to the full amount, even if you do delete the previous
level.
If you installed an earlier "dated" demonstration or beta
version (expires on a certain date rather than by time used)
of APL2 for OS/2 you should delete that level. Please use
the installation tool to delete. Do not just delete the files
manually. Click on the installation tool icon in the APL2
folder, choose "View - Installed products" and "Action - Delete".
Be sure to re-boot after the deletion as you will be instructed.
The deletion will not disturb your private libraries, and it
will leave the directory structure in place. You can then
install the new level into the same directory.
Some of the APL2 fonts may have been updated in this product level.
If you installed any previous APL2 for OS/2 you are not required
to un-install and re-install the APL2 fonts, but you may want to
do so in order to have the latest, improved levels of them.
Instructions for un-installing and installing fonts are found in
the READ.ME file (Read Me Icon). Information on which fonts have been
updated is found in the README.CSD file (Service Information Icon)
