  1. This is the README from the source distribution of GNAT.

  3. This distribution contains the sources for GNAT in the subdirectory src.
  4. In src, the directions for building gnat is contained in the file
  5. README.BUILD.
  6.  
  7. The main documentation for GNAT is the GNAT User's Guide and the GNAT
  8. Reference Manual which are available as a separate documentation distribution
  9. from the same sites that have the GNAT binaries and sources.  A few other
  10. issues such as copyright issues and how to submit bugs are addressed
  11. in gnatinfo.txt.  The debugging switches are described in the file debug.adb
  12. (among the source files).
