  4.  The Help Editor is used to make creation of IPF files easier. It will help to 
  5. insert the tags that are needed to create a valid IPF. The file that is created 
  6. in the Help Editor can then be compiled into either a document or a help file. 
  7. The follow are examples of how to compile an IPF file.

  19.  This pulldown is used to manipulate files in the Help Editor. The following is 
  20. a list of items in the File pulldown.

  25.  o Save As

  31.  This item sets up the initial tags that are needed to create a valid IPF file.

  37.  This item is used to open an IPF file that has already been created. This Item 
  38. can also be invoked by pressing Ctrl+O Note:  Files can be brought in that have 
  39. been edited in another text editor.

  44.  This item is used to save changes that have been edited in the Help 
  45. Editor.This Item can also be invoked by pressing Ctrl+S

  50.  This item is used to save an edited file to a different name than it was

  56. This item is used to exit the Help Editor. It can also be invoked by pressing

  75.  This item is used to undo typing that was done in the file. Once text is 
  76. undone pressing undo again will restore what has been undone. This item can 
  77. also be invoked by pressing Alt+Backspace

  82.  This item is used to cut marked text into the system clipboard. This item can 
  83. also be invoked by pressing Shift+Delete

  101.  This item is used to delete marked text from the Help Editor. This item can be 
  102. invoked by pressing Delete

  107.  This item is used to select all the text that is in the Help Editor. This item 
  108. can be invoked by pressing Ctrl+E

  113.  This item contains all of the options that can be set in the Help Editor.

  118.  This option is used to force the wrapping of lines in the editor.

  122. This option should be used with extreme caution because files
  123. saved that contain wordwrapped text may not compile in the IPFC.

  128.  This pulldown contains all the options that will add in the flags for the IPF

  140.  This item contains a cascading menu that has all of the valid IPF highlight 
  141. phrases. These phrases are used to emphasize text in the IPF file. Each of the 
  142. items in this menu has its own associated keystroke sequence to invoke it.

  147.  This item is used to add comments to the IPF file. It can be invoked by 
  148. pressing Ctrl+M

  153.  This item is used to create headings in the IPF file. It pulls up a dialog box 
  154. that asks for the information needed to insert the header item. It can be 
  155. invoked by pressing Ctrl+H

  160.  This item inserts the tags needed to create a hypertext link in the IPF file. 
  161. It brings up a dialog box that lists all the possible resources that can be 
  162. linked to in the IPF file. This item can be invoked by pressing Ctrl+K
