  7. The EXETOOL.INF file contains the online reference for the
  8. EXE Tool (tm) application.  The reference may be viewed by
  9. running the VIEW command from an OS/2 command session.  With
  10. the EXETOOL.INF file in the current directory, simply issue
  11. the following command:

  17. What is EXE Tool?
  18.  
  19. EXE Tool is a PM application that lets a user view and manipulate
  20. information contained in EXE, DLL and RES files.  It combines
  21. the features of tools like EXEHDR and MARKWIN with additional
  22. capabilities which aid in the management of resources and resource
  23. files.  EXE Tool is of most use to developers.  It simplifies the
  24. creation of resource only DLL files, for example.  Read the online
  25. reference for a more complete understanding of the capabilities
