  7. A new OS/2 Device Driver Development Kit (DDK) is available on CD-ROM.  The DDK
  8. is designed to help experienced device driver developers produce device drivers
  9. for OS/2 2.1.
  10.  
  11. This DDK, which replaces previously distributed Display and SCSI Device
  12. Adaptation Kits, is a release of over 50MB of full function source code, build
  13. tools, test tools, and on-line documentation for several OS/2 2.1 device
  14. drivers.  It includes source code for PM display drivers, virtual video drivers,
  15. base video handlers, printer, DASD, SCSI, CD-ROM, and mouse drivers.  Source
  16. code for WIN-OS/2 seamless display drivers is available separately.

  18. Sections I and II of the application provide or confirm information needed to
  19. process your order and subsequently support your use of the DDK.  If you are
  20. developing video drivers and you require the WIN-OS/2 seamless supplement,
  21. please complete Section III which requests certification of your license to
  22. Microsoft Windows DDK's.  Section IV contains method of payment options.

  24. When you receive your copy of the DDK or the DDK plus supplement, it will
  25. include a separate license(s) governing your use of the program materials.  If
  26. you do not agree with any of the license terms, you should promptly return all
  27. materials to IBM.

  29. Support for the DDK will be provided via a Bulletin Board Service.  Details of
  30. how to access the Bulletin Board Service will be given with your shipment of the
  31. DDK.
