  1. CS is a compiler shell or driver for the Microsoft C, Pascal and FORTRAN
  2. compilers, MASM and all their development tools. It is intended to provide
  3. a flexible but much simplier way to manage program development than
  4. all the MAKE utilities do. It is designed specifically for the MS programs
  5. and will not work with Borland or other compilers. It allows even the
  6. compilation of Windows or PM programs and DLL's in a simple manner.

  8. This is a shareware program. Any $$$ donation is welcome.
  9. For a $30 or more donation you will get a disk with the next major 
  10. version when it is available.
