  5. The following rules apply only to the zoo archiver itself.
  6. Currently, all extract-only programs, and all supporting utili-
  7. ties, are fully in the public domain and are expected to remain so
  8. for the forseeable future.

  10.             COPYRIGHT STATEMENT FOR ZOO ARCHIVE PROGRAM

  12. 1.   "This software" refers separately to each existing version, and
  13.      each existing authorized derivative work, of my zoo archive
  14.      program as of the date at the bottom of this copyright statement.

  16. 2.   DISTRIBUTION IN UNMODIFIED FORM:  You may copy this software in
  17.      unmodified form for any purpose, whether commercial or
  18.      noncommercial, provided that you make no attempt to restrict
  19.      distribution of it by others.

  21. 3.   CREATION OF DERIVATIVE WORKS:  You may create and distribute
  22.      derivative works made from any source code files that are part of
  23.      this software, provided that you (a) preserve all copyright
  24.      notices and author attributions, (b) do not create, whether

  26.      violates the compatibility goals describe in the reference manual
  27.      for zoo 2.1, (c) do not attempt to restrict the distribution or
  28.      use of the derivative work by others, (d) make the fully commented
  29.      source code of the derivative work available to me at no cost if
