WarpZip will open files from an archive when you double click on them. It will filter out some text files and bitmaps for display in the internal viewer. The filtered file types are listed below.
Any file not viewed internally by WarpZip is passed on to it's workplace shell default viewer. This includes all other files with the following exception. WarpZip will not allow you to execute a program (EXE CMD COM BAT) from within. To run a program from WarpZip, you must choose the "Run" button from the toolbar. You can install software etc and when you are done there will be a "Clean up" button to activate that will clean up your mess. Try running the "Sample.cmd" file.
Any time the viewer window has the focus you can hit the <escape> key to close it. You don't have to explicity close the viewer window from the title bar. This makes viewing many files or bitmaps in a zip file very quick *and* easy. The viewer window will also remember its' position when you resize it. You can also "stretch" bitmaps to full screen by pressing F3 while viewing them in the internal viewer.
