  1. Bzip2 archiver, version 1.0.2.

  3. The VAC++ 4.0 shared runtime is required. 
  4. The runtime libraries, renamed according IBM rulez, 
  5. can be found here  http://www.vsu.ru/~vy/vacrt/vac4rt.zip

  7. Fixed:
  8.     - archiving from stdin / to stdout now works.
  9.  
  10. Changes:
  11.     - libbzip2.dll (implib libbzip2.lib) for use with IBM VAC++ 4.0; 
  12.       There is / will be no support for any other compilers.
  13.  
  14. Remarks:
  15.     - there will be no version with static runtime.
  16.     - this build is optimized *only* for PII+
