  1. This is OS/2 Port of bzip-1.0.1, which is
  2. a block-sorting file compressor.
  3.  
  4. Please verify that your system has emx 0.9d installed!
  5. Also check out manual_toc.html file with your favorite 
  6. browser to find user's manual. Also you can read more
  7. about bzip2 command line options and so on in bzip2.txt
  8. PostScript and texinfo manuals also available
  9.  
  10. *IMPORTANT NOTE* bzip2 did not passed decompression tests
  11. with samples included with sources. But all the files we
  12. have compressed with bzip2 was successfully decompressed
  13. with it. So, use this program on your own risk.

  15. Place dll files somewhere in your LIBPATH,
  16.  place exe files in one of your PATH's directory.
  17.  
  18. PS We do not think that bzip2 may deal with EA...
  19.  
  20. NOTE that we are not the *AUTHORS* of this software, we've just
  21. ported it to OS/2. So we *CANNOT* add *FEATURES*, just *BUGS*
  22.
