  16. The file unzp303s.arc (source)  will be distributed via EMail to Info-ZIP
  17. members.  (It'll include the latest Makefile, all source files, plus this
  18. message.)  No significant changes to documentation, so no separate distribution
  19. of that stuff via a separate unzp303d.arc.

  21. As usual, EVERYTHING will be in unzip303.arc and unzip303.tar-Z at
  22. SIMTEL20.
