  4. This file contains the source code to SEA's ARC 5.12, with mods to run
  5. under Microsoft OS/2.  The file "ARC" is an MS-MAKE file to rebuild the
  6. ARC.EXE image.
  7.  
  8. The ARC.EXE is bound, so it will run in the 3.x box on OS/2, or on
  9. 186/286-equipped machines running MS-DOS.  (ARC was compiled withthe -G2 
  10. switch to generate 186/286 code).
