  1. Installing the DASD Utilities (Version 1.00)
  2. ============================================

  5. Make this window full size by double clicking on the title bar above.
  6.  
  7. To install the DASD utilities, insert the diskette into the drive and type
  8.  
  9. INSTALL
  10.  
  11. This will copy the necessary files and create the necessary desktop 
  12. folders and icons for the help files.
  13.  
  14. If the REXX LAN API module, LSRXUT.DLL is not installed on your system 
  15. (the chances are that it is not. Running BACKDASD /? will confirm this if 
  16. BACKDASD error 0015 appears), then you will have to run the file 
  17. LSRXINST.CMD from your harddisk (this file is copied to your harddisk by 
  18. the first install routine).

  20. Running LSRXINST will install and/or uncompress the LSRXUT.DLL file from 
  21. either your OS/2 Lan/Warp server diskettes or CD-ROM.
  22.  
  23. If LSRXINST fails then use the instructions to install the REXX LAN API 
  24. support module supplied on your productivity aid disks.
