Installing the DASD Utilities (Version 1.00)
============================================
Make this window full size by double clicking on the title bar above.
To install the DASD utilities, insert the diskette into the drive and type
INSTALL
This will copy the necessary files and create the necessary desktop
folders and icons for the help files.
If the REXX LAN API module, LSRXUT.DLL is not installed on your system
(the chances are that it is not. Running BACKDASD /? will confirm this if
BACKDASD error 0015 appears), then you will have to run the file
LSRXINST.CMD from your harddisk (this file is copied to your harddisk by
the first install routine).
Running LSRXINST will install and/or uncompress the LSRXUT.DLL file from
either your OS/2 Lan/Warp server diskettes or CD-ROM.
If LSRXINST fails then use the instructions to install the REXX LAN API
support module supplied on your productivity aid disks.
This package contains the following:
INSTALL.CMD - Master installer - copies to your harddisk and updates PM.
LSRXINST.CMD - REXX/LAN API module installer
README.CMD - Displays this file
README.NOW - This file
DASD.ICO
BACKDASD.ICO
RESTDASD.ICO - Desktop files
SETDASD.ICO
ANIM.ICO
BACKDASD.CMD
RESTDASD.CMD - Program files
SETDASD.CMD
BACKDASD.TXT
RESTDASD.TXT - Help files (text)
SETDASD.TXT
