  12.     DESCRIPTION:

  14.      SECURE PM 1.0 is a piece of software that will do its best to 
  15.      secure the WPS. Once SECURE PM is ran, clicking on an object
  16.      won't run any other programs or open any folders. CTRL-ESC and 
  17.      ALT-ESC keys combinations won't work either, so you have a pretty
  18.      secure WPS. The only way you can 'un-lock' your WPS is by
  19.      providing the right password. NOTE: (When configuring a password 
  20.      for SECURE PM - make sure you don't forget the password - or you
  21.      won't be able to access any of the objects)

  23.      SECURE PM was designed using VX-REXX 2.0 so you will need the
  24.      ' VROBJ.DLL ' in order to run this program. That file is NOT included
  25.      in the compressed file. You can download this file from CompuServe
  26.      or by calling Watcom BBS at 1-519-884-2103  (settings: 8,N,1)

  30.     INSTALLATION:

  32. 1.)  Create a directory on your hard disk.
  33. 2.)  Copy 'all' files (even the icon files) found in the compressed file 
  34.      to the directory created in step 1.
  35. 3.)  At the WPS use the template folder to create an object for the
  36.      SECURE.EXE file. Make sure you give it a working directory when
  37.      you set up the object.
  38. 4.)  Move the just created object to your 'STARTUP' folder, so that
  39.      SECURE PM can be the first program to load.

  43.     HOW TO USE SECURE PM 1.0 FOR OS/2:

  45.      When SECURE PM is ran for the first time, it will let you know that
  46.      you need to configure a password for it to work.
  47.      You configure and change a password by clicking on the 'Configure'
  48.      button.

  50.      First time configuration - You give a value (password) to the 'New
  51.      Password' field...this will be your new password.
  52.      Change Password - When changing for a new password, you must 
  53.      provide the 'old' password and then enter the 'new' password.

  55.      SECURE PM will NOT double check for 'new' password, once you click
  56.      to 'save' your new password .... that's it.
  57.      NOTE: (When configuring a password for SECURE PM - make sure
  58.              you don't forget the password - or you won't be able to 
  59.              access any of the objects)

  61.      For better security make sure SECURE PM is always the first program
  62.      to run, by placing it in the STARTUP folder.
