List Man V1.1 (c) Copyright 1995 Keystone Software Corp.
Author: Louis LaBrunda, Keystone Software Corp.
Registration: $20.00
List Man has been developed for OS/2 Warp v3, but should run on
OS/2 V2.1 or later versions. List Man is a utility that helps you
create a list, of file paths and names, to be read by other programs,
including Dos programs. List Man can launch the programs and pass the
filename list to the program. List Man can be used as an OOP and GUI
interface for command line programs like PKZip. See the Introduction
section of Help for more information.
V1.1 -- A bug in the registration warning was repaired.
-- A bug looking for a temporary folder in the OS/2 environment,
Config.Sys, was repaired.
-- Some double clicking problems were fixed.
Installation:
This program requires the latest version of VRObj.DLL, Watcom's VXRexx
runtime DLL. It maybe found as VRObj21B.Zip on BBS's. This program nor
the Install program can run without it. If you don't have it, download
it, and unzip it and LstMan11.Zip in a temporay directory. If you already
have VRObj.DLL you don't need to get it again and you don't need to put
it into the temporary directory. The Install program will complain that
it can't find it, but it will continue to work.
The install process is designed to run from a diskette or a temporary
directory. If you are installing from a diskette, just run the install
program and pass the diskette on to a friend. If you are installing
from a temporary directory, (you expanded a compressed file), run the
install program from there. When the install program asks for a directory
to install into, don't install into the temporary directory. The install
program will explain more about directories used. After installation,
you can delete the files in the temporary directory. You can keep the
compressed files and pass them along to a friend. Enjoy this Keystone
Software Corp. product, and please remember to register, if you like it.
