  9.        IF YOU DOWNLOAD OR USE THIS PROGRAM YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.            
  10.                                                                                 
  11.        American Coders LTD of Raleigh N. Carolina grants you a license
  12.        to use PM File Compare (PMFLCOMP) only in the country where you
  13.        aquired it. PM File Compare is copyrighted and licensed (not sold).
  14.        We do not transfer title of PM File Compare to you. You obtain no
  15.        rights other than those granted you under this license.

  17.                                                                                 
  18.        Under this license, you may:                                             
  19.                                                                                 
  20.        1. use PM File Compare on one or more machines at a time;
  21.                     
  22.        2. make copies of PM File Compare for use or backup purposes within         
  23.           your Enterprise;
  24.  
  25.        3. modify PM File Compare; and
  26.              
  27.        4. make copies of the original file you downloaded and distribute        
  28.           it, provided that you transfer a copy of this license to the          
  29.           other party. The other party agrees to these terms by its             
  30.           first use of PM File Compare.                                             
  31.                                                                                 
  32.        You must reproduce the copyright notice and any other legend of          
  33.        ownership on each copy or partial copy, of PM File Compare.                  
  34.                                                                                 
  35.        You may NOT:                                                             
  36.                                                                                 
  37.        1. sublicense, rent, lease, or assign PM File Compare;
  38.                     
  39.        2. reverse assemble, reverse compile, or otherwise translate          
  40.           PM File Compare; and
  41.  
  42.        3. merge it into another program.
  43.                                                                                 
  44.        We do not warrant that PM File Compare is free from claims by a third        
  45.        party of copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or any other        
  46.        intellectual property infringement.                                      
  47.                                                                                 
  48.        Under no circumstances are we liable for any of the following:           
  49.                                                                                 
  50.        1. third-party claims against you for losses or damages;
  51.                  
  52.        2. loss of, or damage to, your records or data; or
  53.                        
  54.        3. economic consequential damages (including lost profits or             
  55.           savings) or incidental damages, even if we are informed of            
  56.           their possibility.

  58.        Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations or exclusions,         
  59.        so they may not apply to you.                                            
  60.                                                                                 
  61.        We do not warrant uninterrupted or error free operation of           
  62.        PM File Compare. We have no obligation to provide service, defect                
  63.        correction, or any maintenance for PM File Compare. We have no               
  64.        obligation to supply any updates or enhancements to you          
  65.        even if such are or later become available.

  68.        IF YOU DOWNLOAD OR USE THIS PROGRAM YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

  85.        rights or obligations under this license. Any attempt to do so is

  88.        Neither of us may bring a legal action more than two years after         
  89.        the cause of action arose.
