  17.  PM Hex Editor consists of three files:
  18.      PMHEXED.EXE
  19.      PMHEXED.HLP
  20.      README.1ST

  22.  PMHEXED.HLP must be in the same directory as PMHEXED.EXE.
  23.  If you rename PMHEXED.EXE you also have to rename PMHEXED.HLP.

  25.  This version of PM Hex Editor may be used freely.

  27.  You're authorized to make copies and distribute it provided that no fee
