VBBS - OS/2
It is very easy to run VBBS on many channels simultaneously
using various setups including MicroSoft Windows, DesqView,
OS/2, a Local Area Network, or by interfacing with Digiboards.
While the DOS version of VBBS runs fine under OS/2, a specific
OS/2 version of VBBS is available whose installation is
outlined in this chapter. This may also be interfaced with
multi-port serial cards such as the Digiboard.
SysOps contemplating multi-channel setup are well-advised
to look into OS/2 as a serious alternative to multi-channel
setups under DOS due to its excellent usage of memory, speed,
and true multi-tasking ability.
