  5. │ in his private E-mail.  You can use this to make him feel more       │
  6. │ welcome on his second call to the system.  You post this message as  │
  7. │ a message to account "NEWUMSG" on your "utilities" sub-board, or     │
  8. │ prepare it off-line using your favorite text editor and use the      │
  9. │ BBUTIL program to load all ".UTL" files into messages on your        │
  10.                 $N$
  11. │ "utilities" sub-board.  If you do not use this feature of your       │
  12. │ system, be sure to delete this copy of the message from your         │
  13. │ "utilities" sub-board!                                               │
