  26. 2. LICENSE. TrayDay is a "Shareware program" and is provided at
  27.    no charge to the user for evaluation. If you find this
  28.    program useful and find that you are using TrayDay and
  29.    continue to use it after a 28 day period, you must make a
  30.    registration fee of at least 10 GBP or US$ 15 to the Author
  31.    (see order.txt).

  33.    The registration fee will license one copy of TrayDay for
  34.    use by a single person who uses the software personally on
  35.    one or more computers. The registration fee covers this and
  36.    any future version of TrayDay, and entitles the user to free
  37.    technical support by mail or e-mail.

  39.    Site licenses are available, as well as quantity discounts.

  41. 3. COPYRIGHT. All title and copyrights in and to the software
  42.    product and any copies thereof are owned by the author.
  43.  
  44. 4. RESTRICTIONS.
  45.    You must maintain all copyright notices on all copies of the
  46.    software product.   
  47.    You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the
  48.    software product.
  49.    You may not rent or lease the software product.
  50.    You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this
  51.    Agreement.
  52.    You must comply with all applicable laws regarding the use
  53.    of the software product.

  55. 5. DISTRIBUTION. You may distribute the unregistered version
  56.    freely, but you must include all files in the original
  57.    distribution.

  59.    If TrayDay is to be distributed on a read-only medium such
  60.    as CD-ROM, then it is strongly recommended that the self-
  61.    extracting .exe version with Setup routine is used, rather
  62.    than the .zip file or individual uncompressed files.
