  26.  DESCRIPTION:
  27.   RGBHEX 1.0 is a Win95 Color picker designed for use with choosing
  28.   and finding the correct HTML colors.  The Red, Green, & Blue color
  29.   scroll bar allow the user to easily make color selection.  Colors
  30.   are displayed as RGB decimal and Hex code.

  32.  REQUIREMENTS:

  34.    CPU : 386 or higher
  35.    O/S : Windows95
  36.    RAM : No a lot.

  38.  INSTALLATION:
  39.     rgbhex.exe -- executable. File size = 41,984 bytes.
  40.     readme.txt -- This documentation file. File size = 2,794 bytes.

  42.  INSTALLATION:
  43.     RGBHEX can be run from any directories.  Just copy the executable
  44.     to any directory and simply create a short cut in Win95.
  45.     There are no DLL library files require as they are already built
  46.     into the executable.

  48.     Creating Short Cut: 
  49.       Right click the mouse on any free area in Win95 shell.
  50.       From the Popup Menu, select the sub-menu "New" and then select the item
  51.       "Shortcut".  You will then see an empty Text Field and a Browser button.
  52.       Click on the Browse button and search for the "rgbhex.exe" file and 
  53.       click on the "NEXT >" button at the button of the Short Cut Dialog Box.
  54.       Enter the name field with "RgbHex", then click on finish!
