  1. SAFE Banner Wizard is a spreadsheet-style program that calculates the costs involved 
  2. in internet banner advertising and helps to optimize on-line advertizing strategies.
  3.  
  4. After downloading, unzip the file using pkunzip, winzip or similar, into a temporary directory.
  5. You will find a file named Setup.exe in that temporary directory, run it to install the Wizard.
  6. After the Setup has finished SAFE Banner Wizard will appear as a new item on your Programs
  7. Menu. Run it, and refer to the build-in Help system for instructions.

  9. Banner Wizard will need the following 2 Files in your  ..\windows\system\
  10. directory: mfc40.dll and vb40032.dll. Both are Microsoft Visula Basic runtime
  11. files and are freely available from various archives including simtelnet.

  13. The Banner Wizard is Freeware and can be freely redistributed in its original form.
  14. The program may not be re-engineered, re-compiled or modified in any other way.
