  1. GIF Movie Gear(tm) README

  3. Hello and welcome to gamani production's GIF Movie Gear(tm).
  4. GIF Movie Gear makes GIF animation easy and intuitive. The graphical
  5. interface of this animator lets you view all the frames (not just 
  6. their numbers) and directly manipulate them using drag&drop and the 
  7. toolbar. Powerful palette reduction with before-and-after views 
  8. combines with inter-frame optimization to keep the file size down, 
  9. and a real-time previewer helps get the timing just right. You can 
  10. pick transparency, read AVI and BMP files, export compressed AVI or 
  11. GIF filmstrips, and even generate HTML code for putting the animating 
  12. GIF on the Web. (Formerly called Cel Assembler.)

  14. NOTICE:
  15. GIF Movie Gear is a Shareware program. Included is a fully functional trial version 
  16. of GIF Movie Gear. It will, however, expire after 30 days from the first time it is 
  17. run. Look under the Help menu for information on registering this application.
  18. Registration cost is US$30.

  21. - Windows 95, NT 3.51, NT4.0
  22. - Some RAM, more is better
  23. - A display capable of at least 8-bit color. 16- or 24-bit color recommended
