  2. BYHAND 1.0

  5. ByHand is a wordprocessor for calligraphy or personal handwriting.  You can use a mouse 
  6. or a pen tablet to enter writing samples directly into the program, and ByHand will generate 
  7. smoothly connected script as you type.  You can choose Quill, Ballpoint, or Felt-tip 
  8. pens,and change pen size and color.  Five formal calligraphic scripts are included which 
  9. can be used for invitations or announcements.  You can paste calligraphy into graphics 
  10. programs, and import documents from other wordprocessors or mailmerge programs.

  12. To Install:
  13. 1. use PkZip204 or WinZip to unzip the file BYHAND10.ZIP to
  14. a temporary directory (if you are reading this file, then
  15. you have already done this).
  16. 2. run the file SETUP.EXE by choosing File/Run from the Win3.1 File menu, or Run from the Win95 Start menu, and follow the on-screen instructions.
  17. 3. delete the temporary directory

  19. ByHand is distributed as shareware.  Registration cost for version 1.0 is $49.95 USD.
  20. The unregistered shareware version may be freely distributed.
